What better way to kick-off Bike Month than to join in the fun at Brampton Rotary’s Rib ‘n Roll! Members of BikeBrampton staffed the booth at this year’s popular event on Family Day, Sunday May 29th.
Passersby were asked to play the Road Safety Challenge Intersection Game, which was developed by BikeBrampton and printed, compliments of Ministry of Transportation’s Road Safety Challenge. There was plenty of interest in Bike Month events, like Bike the Creek, Brampton Community Rides, CeleBrampton BikeFest. Residents and visitors requested Brampton trail maps.

They were also informed about the 1-metre passing rule which is part of the new Making Ontario’s Roads Safer Act.

They were entertained by someone who seemed to be juggling more than a few priorities…

And sometimes they had to listen to some pretty tall tales!

But it was all in good fun for a good cause!
