Peel Bike to School Week

Peel Bike to School Week May 28 – Jun 1, 2018

It’s time to register for Bike to School Week 2018!

On behalf of the Region of Peel, we’d like to invite your school to participate in Bike to School Week (B2SW) 2018, a celebration of cycling and active transportation from May 28 to June 1, 2018. 152 schools in Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon participated last year through bike rodeos, school assemblies, group rides, and more! 72 of those schools were in Brampton. We just happened through so many great efforts to exceed the participation of all the other regions in the GTHA! Check out which schools have already signed up, by scrolling down this page. Check out what schools tweeted here. Register at biketoschoolweek.ca

Our target this year is 200 schools!

Resources available to schools that register while supplies last, include:

o   Bike helmets

o   Bike to School Week stickers

o   Walk + Roll Peel Bike Bells

o   Walk + Roll Peel Bike Lights

o   Bike Chain Shaped Bands

o   Bicycle-Shaped pins

o   The First 25 High Schools that register will also receive a FREE bicycle rack for their school

Steps to Success:

For two years running, schools in Peel Region have the highest survey completion rates in the GTHA! Thank you! This year, the schools that fill out the survey will be entered into a raffle to win 1 of 15 bicycle racks!

6)      Receive a Bike to School Week 2018 Participation plaque to proudly display at your school!
