The group of us started with vehicle-supported trips, then expanded to one overnight, then 2, then 4 nights. As we gained confidence and the ability to pack lightly and accurately for the conditions, we were able to select more destinations. Sometimes it makes sense to select one spot to stay, then take day trips in different directions. Cycling tourism is travel at a human scale. Every time we get on our bikes, we are lowering our carbon footprint.
