Local residents are teaming up with Massey families, Brampton Homegrown Park Rangers, Bramalea CycleFest, Region of Peel Walk + Roll, Toronto and Region Conservation, BikeBrampton and City of Brampton Parks for 2nd annual FREE Manitou Park Bike Parade, featuring bike decorating, a parade, raffle draw prizes, games and a BBQ. 2017 Manitou Park Bike Parade Flyer

Bike decoration – 10:30-11:00am – Canada 150 red & white! Access Manitou Park from Mayberry Cres.
Bramalea CycleFest Medium Ride cyclists arrive around 10:30am, and Long Ride cyclists arrive around 11:00am
Parade starts – 11:00am
Once Parade is finished, Bramalea CycleFest riders continue their routes back to All People’s Church.
FREE BBQ – Children remaining at Manitou Park can participate in FREE BBQ from 11:30am-12:30pm
BikeBrampton and Brampton Cycling Advisory Committee are supporting this event that encourages kids to cycle!
Sponsors include Greenfield (GFSA) and David Suzuki Foundation. The Butterflyway Ranger Project is working on creating Pollinator-friendly patches across Ontario. Residents will be given bird seed for feeding ducks along Chinguacousy Trail, instead of harmful bread.
