Perfect autumn morning for BCAC’s last Brampton Community Ride of the season. Thirty cyclists gathered at Jim Archdekin Recreation Centre to cycle north to new Etobicoke Creek Trail link into Southfields Village, Caledon. We rested at Butter & Cup for our refreshment, compliments of City of Brampton. This was our 12th and final Community Ride in Brampton’s Cycling Advisory Committee’s first offering of organized rides. We added 2 bonus rides due to popularity of the series. Etobicoke Creek Trail Link Official Opening Oct 11, 2016. Partners Brampton, Caledon, Toronto and Region Conservation, Region of Peel & Ontario Municipal Cycling Infrastructure Program celebrate completion of trail link joining Brampton and Caledon. Join us 10:30-11:30am on trail at Mayfield Road underpass.
